Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Pet deposit is $300-$400 for the 1st pet and $150 for a 2nd pet.
Monthly pet rent of $25-$45 will be charged per pet.
Pet fees and rent are determined based on PetScreening results.
All residents must create a PetScreening profile.
